These healthy, savoury squares make a great addition to any lunch.

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. For base, mix oats with cheese and Fajita Seasoning. Scatter over bottom of an 8” baking pan. (Tip: line with parchment paper.)
  3. For filling, beat eggs in a bowl. Mix in spinach, ricotta, 12 cup cheddar, Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, 3 Onion Dip Mix and Pepper.
  4. Spoon egg and cheese mixture over base, and sprinkle with remaining cheddar. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until set. Let cool, then cut into squares.
